I felt as though my needs were being met by Dr Tsafrakidis unlike the production line approach we seem to get these days from GP's etc. He is very good at explaining the options and puts them over in such a way that full confidence is felt of the eventual outcome.

I was very worried about seeing the doctor but he is very straight forward and i soon lost my embarrassment and found him easy to talk to. He took his time to explain what was going to happen and put my mind at ease.
